I've tried for months to get a decent weight hoodie and this is the one. I've tried over a dozen different brands and they are all really thin. This Carhartt hoodie is really warm owing to 50% extra fabric weight. Great shame the hood isn't double-lined but not a deal breaker.
It DOES run large and is quite long in the body so definitely go one size smaller than normal.
The zip pull is on the right which is odd at first, and is absolutely massive, but you get used to it.
9/10 - would be 10/10 with double lined hood.
